The invention relates to a winter PHEV exhaust waste heat recovery device and a control method thereof.The control method comprises the steps that it is judged that the environment temperature is low and a battery cooling requirement exists, or else, an exhaust waste heat recovery part is closed; if the battery temperature is low, extra heat is needed for heating, otherwise, the exhaust waste heat recovery part is closed; whether the water temperature of the exhaust heating loop meets the battery adding condition or not is judged, and if not, the exhaust waste heat recovery part is closed; if yes, the three-way valve I and the three-way valve II communicate the heat exchanger side loop, the exhaust waste heat recovery loop water pump II is started, and the heat exchanger works to heat the power battery. A winter exhaust waste heat recovery device utilizing PHEV in winter is composed of a protective cover, a heat exchanger, a support and an exhaust pipe. The heat of the engine exhaust pipeline in the PHEV is used for heating the cooling liquid, then the PHEV battery is heated, the energy utilization rate can be increased, the charging and discharging performance of the PHEV battery in winter is improved, and the exhaust heat is recycled.

    本发明涉及一种冬季PHEV利用冬季排气余热回收装置及其控制方法,控制方法包括,判断环境温度低,有电池冷却需求,否则,排气余热回收部分关闭;判断电池温度低,需要额外热量加热,否则,排气余热回收部分关闭;判断排气加热回路水温是否满足电池加人条件,不满则排气余热回收部分关闭;满足则三通阀Ⅰ、三通阀Ⅱ将热交换器侧回路联通,排气余热回收回路水泵Ⅱ开启,热交换器工作,对动力电池进行加热。冬季PHEV利用冬季排气余热回收装置,由保护罩、换热器、支架与排气管构成。本发明利用PHEV中发动机排气管路的热量加热冷却液,再加热PHEV电池,可以提高能源使用率,提高PHEV电池的冬季充放电性能,实现排气热量重新利用。
