In the working state, the telescopic end of the supporting leg oil cylinder abuts against the supporting disc, the telescopic end of the first driving cylinder is separated from the pushing bearing hole, and the supporting disc stretches out of the outer side of the vehicle bottom. According to the automatic supporting leg disc, the controller is adopted to control the first driving cylinder and the second driving cylinder, manual operation is not needed in the switching process, the workload of operators is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及起重设备技术领域,提供一种自动支腿盘及起重机,自动支腿盘包括支腿油缸、第一驱动缸、第二驱动缸、控制器、支撑盘和连接架;支腿油缸的外周面设有直线导轨;连接架能够在第一驱动缸的带动下沿直线导轨移动,以带动支撑盘在初始状态和工作状态之间切换;在初始状态时,支腿油缸的伸缩端与支撑盘脱离,第一驱动缸的伸缩端伸入承推孔内,支撑盘收回至车底内侧;在工作状态时,支腿油缸的伸缩端与支撑盘相抵,第一驱动缸的伸缩端与承推孔脱离,支撑盘伸出至车底外侧。上述自动支腿盘采用控制器来控制第一驱动缸和第二驱动缸,该切换过程无需人工手动操作,降低了操作人员的工作量,提高了工作效率。
