The invention discloses an intelligent AI electronic rearview mirror which comprises a main control module, a plurality of display screens and a plurality of sets of cameras, each set of camera is installed on a bottom cover shell of an automobile rearview mirror, pictures acquired by the cameras are transmitted to the main control module through a receiving module, the pictures are processed by the main control module to generate panoramic video images, and the panoramic video images are displayed on the display screens. The camera is in linkage with a left steering lamp and a right steering lamp of the automobile through the main control module, and the camera is controlled to rotate by an angle in the automobile turning process. The system is simple in structure, and water drops, fog, stains and the like can be simulated to perform software algorithm compensation through an ADAS algorithm built in the AI processing module, so that the influence of external weather on pictures is reduced; when a driver assistance system processor finds a person or an obstacle, a prompt tone and an image area mark are given out, the function of assisting driving is achieved, and safety is improved.
