The invention discloses a channel flow supervision and allocation system based on a ship AIS (automatic identification system), which belongs to the technical field of channel flow supervision and allocation and comprises an AIS mounted on a ship, a main control computer mounted in a base station, a radar mounted in the base station, a weather monitoring module mounted in the base station and a water level monitoring sensor module. The main control computer is in data connection with the AIS system, a plurality of base stations are arranged along a ship berthing target shore, the plurality of base stations are arranged at equal intervals, a water area in front of the base stations in the main control computer is divided into a plurality of rectangular navigation channel areas, each base station is connected with a radar, and radar data are transmitted to the interior of the main control computer. The weather monitoring module comprises a wind direction sensor module and a precipitation sensor module, and data of the weather monitoring module is uploaded into the main control computer; the system can automatically match the static data of the ship according to the specific wind speed and rainfall at the same time, adjusts the size of the channel in real time, supervises different channels, and improves the accuracy of supervision and deployment.

    本发明公开了一种基于船舶AIS系统的航道流量监管调配系统,属于航道流量监管调配技术领域,该装置包括安装在船舶上的AIS系统、安装在基站内部的主控机、安装在基站内的雷达、安装在基站内的天气监测模块、水位监测传感器模块,主控机与AIS系统之间数据连接,基站沿船舶停靠目标岸边设置若干,若干的基站之间间距相等,在主控机内部将基站前水域划分为若干的矩形航道区域,每个基站连接一个雷达,雷达数据传输至主控机内部,天气监测模块包括风向传感器模块、降水量传感器模块,天气监测模块数据上传至主控机内;本系统可自动根据具体风速与降水同时匹配船舶本身静态数据,实时进行航道的大小调节,进而监管不同的航道,提升监管调配的精确性。
