The invention discloses a track foreign matter linkage monitoring device, monitoring system and monitoring method. The monitoring device comprises a millimeter wave radar module used for acquiring the position of a foreign matter; the integrated control module is used for receiving the position of the foreign matter acquired by the millimeter wave radar module and synchronously triggering the laser radar module to acquire three-dimensional data of the foreign matter; receiving the three-dimensional data of the foreign matter obtained by the laser radar module, and judging whether the foreign matter is an illegal invasion foreign matter; in response to a result that the foreign matter is an illegal invasion foreign matter, triggering a data acquisition module to acquire physical feature information of the foreign matter; re-judging whether the foreign matter is an illegal invasion foreign matter based on the physical feature information; triggering an intelligent image acquisition module to perform image tracking acquisition on the foreign matter in response to a result that the foreign matter is an illegal invasion foreign matter; and the foreign matter is judged based on information obtained by the laser radar module, the data acquisition module and the intelligent image acquisition module, and an alarm prompt is generated when the foreign matter is judged to be a real illegal invasion foreign matter.

    本发明公开一种轨道异物联动监测装置、监测系统及监测方法,其中监测装置包括:毫米波雷达模块用于获取异物的位置;集成控制模块用于:接收毫米波雷达模块获取的异物的位置,同步触发激光雷达模块获得异物的三维数据;接收激光雷达模块获得的异物的三维数据,判断异物是否为非法入侵异物;响应于异物为非法入侵异物的结果,触发数据采集模块采集异物的物理特征信息;基于物理特征信息再次判断异物是否为非法入侵异物;响应于异物为非法入侵异物的结果触发智能图像采集模块对异物进行图像跟踪采集;基于激光雷达模块、数据采集模块和智能图像采集模块获得的信息对异物进行判断,并在判断异物为真实非法入侵异物时,生成报警提示。
