The invention discloses an intelligent operation and maintenance system and method for a travelling crane, and the system comprises a motor operation and maintenance module which is used for obtaining the vibration acceleration, the vibration speed and the temperature of a motor bearing, and judging the defect grade of the motor bearing according to the vibration acceleration, the vibration speed and the temperature of the motor bearing; the steel wire rope operation and maintenance module is used for acquiring the magnetic energy potential difference information distributed and memorized in the steel wire rope volume element and judging the damage condition of the steel wire rope according to the magnetic energy potential difference information; and the speed reducer operation and maintenance module is used for acquiring the vibration signal of the speed reducer and judging the fault of the speed reducer according to the vibration signal. The working conditions of the motor, the steel wire rope and the speed reducer are obtained through the sensors, the operation conditions of the components are judged through an intelligent algorithm, manual intervention is not needed, the problems occurring in the operation process of the components can be found in real time, and compared with existing manual overhauling, the efficiency is high, and judgment is accurate.

    本发明公开了一种行车智能运维系统及运维方法,该系统包括电机运维模块,用于获取电机轴承的振动加速度、振动速度、温度并根据电机轴承的振动加速度、振动速度、温度判断电机轴承的缺陷等级;钢丝绳运维模块,用于获取钢丝绳体积元中分布并记忆的磁能势差异信息并根据所述磁能势差异信息判断钢丝绳损伤情况;减速机运维模块,用于获取减速机振动信号并根据所述振动信号判断减速机故障。本发明利用传感器获取电机、钢丝绳、减速机的工况,通过智能算法对上述部件的运行情况进行判断,无需人工干预,能够实时发现上述部件在运行中出现的问题,相较于现有的人工检修,其效率高、判断精确。
