    本发明公开了一种牵引变压器控制柜及轨道列车,涉及轨道交通车辆技术领域,该牵引变压器控制柜包括:可拆卸外壳和设置在可拆卸外壳内部的控制模块;其中,控制模块用于根据轨道列车的整车控制器发送的第一采集数据和牵引变压器发送的第二采集数据,确定牵引变压器的冷却系统中风机的风机频率,以利用风机频率对风机进行变频控制;第一采集信号包括车速数据,第二采集信号包括油温数据;本发明通过牵引变压器控制柜的设置,利用牵引变压器控制柜中控制模块根据列车的车速和牵引变压器的油温等数据,对冷却风机进行变频控制,实现牵引变压器的低噪声和智能化,能够有效降低轨道列车的噪声,提升乘客舒适度。
