A safety protection device of a tower crane relates to the technical field of tower cranes and is used for ensuring that a support shaft of a jacking cross beam is stabilized in a positioning groove of a standard knot step when a standard knot is added or reduced. Comprising a supporting shaft seat, a locking piece and a driving piece, one end of the supporting shaft seat is fixedly connected with the jacking cross beam, and a supporting shaft is arranged at the other end of the supporting shaft seat and used for stretching into a positioning groove of a standard knot step; the driving piece is fixed in one end of the supporting shaft seat, the locking piece is arranged in the other end of the supporting shaft seat in a sliding mode, the driving piece drives the locking piece to move, and when the other end of the locking piece stretches into a locking groove in the side face of the standard knot step, locking and fixing between the supporting shaft seat and the standard knot step in the radial direction of the supporting shaft are achieved. The locking piece is arranged on the supporting shaft seat; when the supporting shaft extends into the positioning groove, the locking piece extends into the locking groove in the side wall of the step of the standard knot, so that the supporting shaft is relatively locked and fixed in the radial direction of the supporting shaft, and safety protection is achieved when the standard knot is added or reduced.

    一种塔式起重机安全保护装置,涉及塔式起重机技术领域,用于加减标准节时确保顶升横梁的支撑轴稳定于标准节踏步的定位槽内。包括支撑轴座、锁止件和驱动件,支撑轴座一端与顶升横梁固定连接,支撑轴座另一端具有支撑轴,支撑轴用于伸入标准节踏步的定位槽内;驱动件固定在支撑轴座的一端内,锁止件滑动设置在支撑轴座的另一端内,驱动件驱使锁止件移动,且锁止件的另一端伸入标准节踏步侧面的锁止槽内时实现支撑轴座与标准节踏步之间沿支撑轴径向的锁止固定。本发明通过在支撑轴座上设置锁止件;当支撑轴伸入定位槽内后,锁止件伸入标准节踏步侧壁的锁止槽内,进而实现对支撑轴沿自身径向方向的相对锁止固定,进而实现加减标准节时的安全保护。
