The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft environment control system design, and particularly relates to a self-locking multi-air-supply-port synchronous control structure. The system is composed of an air supply distribution system and a valve sheet synchronous control structure, the air supply distribution system is composed of four adjustable air supply valves, two of the four adjustable air supply valves are located in a cockpit, two of the four adjustable air supply valves are located in the middle of a passenger cabin, and the four adjustable air supply valves are controlled by the valve sheet synchronous control structure; the valve piece synchronous control structure is composed of a self-locking handle, a valve piece rotating shaft, a rotating rocker arm assembly, a first rocker arm fixing pin, a double-steel-rope fixing pin, a second rocker arm fixing pin, a double-steel-rope fixing base, a steel rope locking pin, a fixing hoop, a first control steel rope, a second control steel rope and other parts. In the using process of the heating system, a driver manually adjusts the opening degree of the valve piece, the control device can lock the position of the valve piece of the air supply valve, and the situation that the position of the valve piece deviates due to vibration of an airplane or accidental touch of the driver in the flying process is avoided.

    本发明属于飞机环境控制系统设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种可自锁的多供气口同步控制结构。由供气分配系统和活门片同步控制结构两部分组成,供气分配系统由4个可调节式供气活门组成,其中2个位于驾驶舱,2个位于客舱中部,4个可调节式供气活门由活门片同步控制结构进行控制;活门片同步控制结构由自锁手柄、活门片转轴、旋转摇臂组件、第一摇臂固定销、双钢索固定销、第二摇臂固定销、双钢索固定座、钢索锁紧销、固定卡箍、第一操纵钢索、第二操纵钢索等零件组成。使用加温系统过程中,由驾驶员手动调节活门片开度,并且该控制装置能将供气活门的活门片位置锁定,防止在飞行过程中由于飞机振动或驾驶员误碰导致活门片位置偏移。
