The invention relates to the technical field of rotor blades, in particular to a composite material blade with a blade tip for bearing concentrated loads. The composite material paddle comprises a main beam, a first metal joint, a second metal joint, an internal pipeline and an auxiliary structure, wherein the main beam is formed by paving a prepreg glass fiber one-way belt; and the auxiliary structure is used for filling or coating the paddle. And an internal pipeline penetrating through the spanwise direction of the paddle is reserved, so that a structural passage capable of being communicated with a machine body is provided for the operation of the paddle tip hooking equipment. According to the composite material paddle, the main glass fiber bundles and the auxiliary glass fiber bundles are utilized to form a tensile structure of the main beam between the first metal joint and the second metal joint, so that the main aerodynamic performance of the paddle is not changed while the bearing joint is arranged at the paddle tip, the mounting capacity of the paddle tip part is improved, and the service life of the paddle tip part is prolonged. And the specific function requirements of mounting a power device, silencing and noise reduction equipment or other experimental testing equipment and the like on the blade tip of the rotor wing system are met.

    本发明涉及旋翼桨叶技术领域,具体涉及一种具有承担集中载荷桨尖的复合材料桨叶。该复合材料桨叶包括由预浸玻璃纤维单向带铺设而成的主梁、第一金属接头、第二金属接头、内部管路和用于桨叶填充或者包覆的辅助结构。预留了贯穿桨叶展向的内部管路,为桨尖挂接设备的工作提供可以与机身相通达的结构通路。该复合材料桨叶利用主玻璃纤维束和辅助玻璃纤维束在第一金属接头和第二金属接头之间构成主梁的拉伸结构,实现了在桨尖设置承力接头的同时,不改变桨叶主要气动性能,提升了桨叶尖部的挂载能力,满足了在旋翼系统桨尖挂载动力装置、消音降噪设备,或其它试验测试设备等的特定功能需求。
