The first frame body, the second frame body, the third frame body and the fourth frame body are integrally connected with the containing cavity. The high-strength plastic rack is formed by integral injection molding or printing of high-strength plastic, has high strength, good toughness, excellent compressive strength, excellent bearing strength and excellent tensile strength, has a thermal deformation temperature of about 230 DEG C, and is very suitable for being used as a rack on an unmanned aerial vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种高强度轻型防碰撞无人机机架,涉及无人机机架领域,包括容纳腔体,所述无人机机架为由轻型高强度材料一体式制成的十字架体结构,所述十字架体结构由如下构件组成:一呈方形的、用于容纳控制模块的容纳腔体,所述容纳腔体的侧面连接四个呈等腰三角形的架体,分别为第一架体、第二架体、第三架体和第四架体;所述第一架体、第二架体、第三架体和第四架体和容纳腔体呈现一体式连接。本发明通过采用高强度塑料一体注塑或打印而成,具有强度高,韧性好,并且具备优异的抗压强度、承载强度和拉伸强度,同时热变形温度高达230℃左右,非常适合应用在无人机上作为机架使用。
