The invention discloses a rudder horn boring and final assembly welding method which comprises the following steps: performing rudder hole segmented positioning on a rudder horn by adopting a laser theodolite, and then assembling and welding a rudder horn block; after the rudder horn block is assembled and welded, finding out the center line of the rudder hole by adopting a laser theodolite, and drawing end face inspection circles on the end faces of the upper rudder hole and the lower rudder hole by utilizing a compass tool; punching marks on four sides of the inspection circle, and making mark points; positioning and mounting a boring frame and a boring rod by taking the inspection circle as a reference, and boring the allowance of the inner hole of the rudder horn; after the boring frame and the boring rod are dismounted, the block is hoisted into a dock for carrying; the marking point is used as a rudder hole perpendicularity positioning reference, and after a rudder horn block is positioned, a cabin tail area block is welded; and finally, measuring and checking the perpendicularity of the inner diameter of the rudder hole. The rudder hole is centered through the laser theodolite, and the inspection circle and the mark point are drawn, so that the boring operation is conveniently advanced to the block stage, the in-dock boring period is saved, and the in-dock period of a ship is effectively shortened.
本发明公开了一种挂舵臂镗孔与总装焊接方法,包括对挂舵臂采用激光经纬仪进行舵孔分段定位,随后挂舵臂总段进行装配焊接;挂舵臂总段装配焊接完毕后,采用激光经纬仪找出舵孔中心线,在上舵孔和下舵孔的端面上利用圆规工装画出端面检验圆;并在检验圆四边打上洋冲印,并做标记点;以检验圆为基准定位安装镗孔架和镗杆,对挂舵臂内孔余量进行镗孔加工;拆除镗孔架及镗杆后,并将总段吊装进船坞搭载;以标记点为舵孔垂直度定位基准,定位挂舵臂总段后,进行机舱尾部区域总段焊接;最后测量和校验舵孔内径垂直度;通过激光经纬仪进行舵孔找中,并画出检验圆与标记点,从而便于将镗孔作业提前至总段阶段,节省坞内镗孔周期,有效缩短船舶坞内周期。
