A ship collision avoidance risk identification monitoring device provided by the present invention comprises a monitoring device body, the monitoring device body comprises a lifting mechanism, a floating assembly, a protection mechanism and a risk detector, the bottom end of the lifting mechanism is provided with a guide rod, and the top of the guide rod is connected with a lead-out wire pipe. Signal cables are inserted into the outgoing line pipe and the guide rod in a penetrating mode, the top of the lifting mechanism is fixedly installed at the top of a ship, a floating assembly is installed on the surface of the guide rod, and the ship collision avoidance risk identification monitoring device installs a risk detector at the bottom of the floating assembly through a supporting rod; therefore, when the ship sails normally, the risk detector is always located at a certain depth below the water surface, the water surface can be detected, the risk collection precision is improved, the lifting mechanism is arranged at the top, the whole floating assembly and the risk detector can be lifted, the seawater corrosion time is shortened, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种船舶避碰风险识别监测装置,包括监测装置本体,所述监测装置本体包括升降机构、浮动组件、保护机构和风险探测器,所述升降机构的底端安装有导向杆,所述导向杆的顶部连接有引出线管,所述引出线管和导向杆的内部均穿插有信号线缆,所述升降机构的顶部固定安装在船舶的顶部,所述导向杆的表面安装有浮动组件,该船舶避碰风险识别监测装置通过支撑杆将风险探测器安装在浮动组件的底部,从而在船舶正常航行时将风险探测器始终处于水面下一定的深度中,能够对水面下进行探测,提高了风险采集的精度,在顶部设置有升降机构,能够将整个浮动组件和风险探测器进行抬升,减少被海水腐蚀的时间,延长了使用寿命。
