本发明公开了一种轻型商用车驾驶室后悬置连接结构、连接支架及安装方法。该连接结构包括连接支架、车架纵梁和驾驶室后悬置支架,连接支架设于车架纵梁的内侧,驾驶室后悬置支架设于车架纵梁的外侧;驾驶室后悬置支架通过螺纹连接结构与连接支架连接,实现固定在车架纵梁上;螺纹结构的旋紧操作端位于车架纵梁的外侧。通过在驾驶室后悬置支架与车架纵梁的安装处,新增连接支架作为过渡支架,先于发动机和线束、油管、软管等零件装配于车架纵梁上,而且连接支架上固定螺栓或螺母,安装驾驶室后悬置支架时候,只需从车架纵梁的外侧进行螺纹锁紧,从而有效降低驾驶室后悬置支架安装难度,极大的提高了现场装配节拍。

    The invention discloses a light commercial vehicle cab rear suspension connecting structure, a connecting support and a mounting method. The connecting structure comprises a connecting support, a frame longitudinal beam and a cab rear suspension support, the connecting support is arranged on the inner side of the frame longitudinal beam, and the cab rear suspension support is arranged on the outer side of the frame longitudinal beam; the cab rear suspension bracket is connected with the connecting bracket through a threaded connecting structure, so that the cab rear suspension bracket is fixed on the frame longitudinal beam; and a screwing operation end of the thread structure is positioned on the outer side of the frame longitudinal beam. The connecting support is additionally arranged at the installation position of the cab rear suspension support and the frame longitudinal beam to serve as a transition support and is assembled on the frame longitudinal beam before an engine, a wire harness, an oil pipe, a hose and other parts, bolts or nuts are fixed to the connecting support, and when the cab rear suspension support is installed, only threaded locking needs to be conducted from the outer side of the frame longitudinal beam. Therefore, the installation difficulty of the cab rear suspension support is effectively reduced, and the on-site assembly takt is greatly improved.
