The invention discloses a non-contact rail top corrugation management system capable of being remotely monitored, which comprises a system host, a detection unit, a fixing mechanism, a position adjusting device and an injection device, and is characterized in that the injection device is mounted on the position adjusting device, and the position adjusting device is fixedly connected to the outer side of a rail through the fixing mechanism; the spraying device is connected with the system host through a pipeline and a cable, the detection unit is configured to sense a train approaching signal when a train approaches the installation position of the system host and transmit the signal to the system host, and the system host is configured to supply a friction regulator to the spraying device and control the spraying device to spray the friction regulator. The injection device is configured to quantitatively inject a friction regulator to a rail surface, and the position adjusting device is configured to achieve multi-angle adjustment of the injection device through adjustment. According to the invention, the usage amount of the friction modifier is reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced; and the smearing position can be adjusted more accurately so as to reduce the operation cost.

    本发明公开了一种可远程监控的非接触式轨顶波磨管理系统,包括系统主机、探测单元、固定机构、位置调节装置、喷射装置,所述喷射装置安装在所述位置调节装置上,所述位置调节装置通过所述固定机构固定连接至轨道外侧,所述喷射装置通过管道及线缆与所述系统主机连接,所述探测单元被配置为当列车接近所述系统主机安装位置时感应到列车靠近信号,并将信号传输至所述系统主机,所述系统主机被配置为将摩擦调节剂供应至所述喷射装置,所述喷射装置被配置为对轨面定量喷射摩擦调节剂,所述位置调节装置被配置为通过调整实现对所述喷射装置的多角度调节。本发明减少了摩擦修正剂的使用量,减少了环境污染;能够更准确的调整涂抹位置以降低运行成本。
