The method comprises the steps that whether a prediction energy management function of a target vehicle is started or not is recognized; if it is determined that the predicted energy management function is started, vehicle control is carried out on the target vehicle within a preset time period after the target vehicle starts to run without adopting the predicted energy management function, and actual driving energy consumption data of the target vehicle within the preset time period after the target vehicle starts to run are obtained; acquiring historical driving energy consumption data pre-stored in the cloud of the target vehicle; judging whether the actual driving energy consumption data is within a first preset range of the historical driving energy consumption data or not; if the historical driving energy consumption data is within the first preset range, performing predictive energy management control on the battery capacity of the target vehicle according to the historical driving energy consumption data; and if the energy consumption data is not within the first preset range, performing predictive energy management control on the battery capacity of the target vehicle according to the pre-calibrated energy consumption data, so that the battery capacity of the target vehicle is more accurately controlled.
