According to the scheme, in the straight rail meshing test, the experimental gear and the rack are in a continuous meshing state, and meanwhile, the experimental gear can continuously rotate in the single direction, so that the limitation of the length factor of the rack on the meshing stroke is avoided, the gear and rack one-way transmission and continuous meshing working conditions are conveniently simulated, and the gear meshing performance is conveniently tested.

    本发明涉及一种测试装置,具体涉及一种直轨齿轮齿条单向连续啮合试验装置,包括测试台,测试台上设置有上齿条和下齿条,上齿条和下齿条均为直齿条,且实验齿轮为半边齿轮,实验齿轮的半侧为有轮齿的轮齿部,实验齿轮的另一半侧为无轮齿的无齿部;在进行啮合测试时,实验齿轮位于上齿条与下齿条之间,驱动实验齿轮单向自转,使上齿条和下齿条交替式的与轮齿部啮合,并使上齿条和下齿条在沿其各自长度方向上做往复运动。在本申请的方案中,在直轨啮合测试中,实验齿轮和齿条处于连续啮合的状态,同时,实验齿轮能沿单方向持续转动,从而避免了齿条的长度因素对啮合行程的限制,便于模拟齿轮齿条单向传动且连续啮合的工况,利于测试齿轮啮合性能。
