The hoisting tool comprises a supporting assembly and hoisting assemblies, the supporting assembly is provided with a centering ring and a plurality of hoisting arms which are evenly arranged in the circumferential direction of the centering ring at intervals, each hoisting arm is connected with one hoisting assembly, and the hoisting arms are further provided with buckles; the lifting assembly comprises a lifting hook and a clamping jaw arranged at the lower end of the lifting hook, the width of the lower end of the lifting hook is smaller than the diameter of a lightening hole in a wheel part to be lifted, the vertical face of the lower end of the lifting hook is rotationally connected with the clamping jaw, and two limiting parts located on the rotating path of the clamping jaw are arranged on the vertical face of the lower end of the lifting hook. The horizontal limiting part is arranged below the clamping jaw to limit the clamping jaw to the horizontal position, the inclined limiting part is obliquely arranged on one side of the clamping jaw to prevent the clamping jaw from reaching the vertical position, and the included angle between the inclined limiting part and the horizontal limiting part is smaller than 90 degrees. According to the invention, not only is the use of a hot-state tool avoided, but also efficient charging and quenching discharging of the wheel parts are realized.

    一种轮类零件的吊运工装及轮类零件的吊运方法,该吊运工装包括支承组件和吊装组件,支承组件具有定心环以及沿定心环圆周方向均匀间隔设置的多个吊臂,每个吊臂上连接一套吊装组件,吊臂上还设置有卡扣;吊装组件包括吊钩和设置在吊钩下端的卡爪,吊钩下端的宽度小于待吊运的轮类零件上减重孔的直径,吊钩下端的立面上转动连接所述的卡爪,吊钩下端的立面上设置有位于所述卡爪旋转路径上的两个限位部,两个限位部分别是设置在卡爪下方以将卡爪限制在水平位置的水平限位部以及倾斜设置在卡爪一侧以阻挡卡爪达到直立位置的倾斜限位部,倾斜限位部和水平限位部的夹角小于90°。本发明既避免了热态工装的使用,又实现了轮类零件高效装炉及淬火出炉。
