The method comprises the following steps: 1, constructing a base of a freight elevator car bottom; 2, laying a plurality of arched bearing blocks which are arranged in an array on the base; thirdly, goods are lifted and transported through a goods elevator laid with arch-shaped bearing blocks; and the piezoelectric detection elements on the arch-shaped bearing blocks detect the pressure on the arch-shaped bearing blocks in real time. 4, after the use time of the goods elevator reaches a preset test period, analyzing the pressure change condition measured by the piezoelectric detection element of each arched bearing block; and the arch-shaped bearing block with the pressure change condition reaching the preset overlarge load condition is structurally reinforced. The arched car bottom structure design has the characteristics of light weight and high pressure resistance, materials can be saved, and the self weight of the cargo elevator is reduced. In addition, by means of a local reinforcing mode, the comprehensive bearing capacity of the cargo elevator car platform in a specific scene is improved.
