The device sequentially comprises a front framework section, a deformation section and an elastic framework section in the chord length direction, the front framework section comprises an upper framework, a lower framework and a linkage driving assembly, the upper framework and the lower framework are rotationally connected, and the linkage driving assembly is located in a hollow space and extends from the front framework section to the elastic framework section in the hollow space in the chord length direction; the deformation section generates deformation force in the chord length direction under preset conditions, the deformation force acts on the elastic framework section to enable bending deformation, bending deformation of the elastic framework section extrudes the linkage driving assembly to generate driving force facing the front framework section in the chord length direction, and the upper framework and the lower framework rotate and expand outwards under the action of the driving force. The morphing wing thus has a morphing form of deformation in different directions.
