The invention relates to a short-wave communication-based resource state broadcasting method and system under a train control system fault, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a trackside transmitting unit (RSU) to automatically switch to a backup power supply and carry out the broadcasting when a power supply is lost, and enabling a vehicle-mounted transmitting unit (OBU) entering a broadcast coverage range to display the resource state information to a driver; meanwhile, the OBU broadcasts the received train information outwards and informs the dispatching center of the information of the train in the area to facilitate the checking of the general position of the train by the dispatching center, so that the dispatching personnel and the train driver are assisted to confirm the current system state under the extreme condition; and meanwhile, dispatchers and drivers are assisted to confirm whether own operations and instructions are correct or not. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the driving safety under extreme conditions is improved, drivers are assisted, the train is dispatched to move to a safe area for passenger evacuation, and the like.

    本发明涉及一种基于短波通信的列控系统故障下资源状态广播方法及系统,该方法当电源丢失时轨旁发送单元RSU将会自动切换到后备电源并对外进行广播,进入广播覆盖范围内的车载发送单元OBU将资源状态信息显示给司机;同时OBU也将进行对外广播接收到的列车信息,并将列车在此区域的消息告知给调度中心以方便调度中心对列车大致位置进行核对,从而在出现极端情况下辅助调度人员以及列车司机确认当前系统状态,同时辅助调度人员以及司机确认自己的操作以及指令是否正确。与现有技术相比,本发明具有提高了在极端情况下的行车安全性,辅助司机以及调度将列车移动至安全区域进行乘客疏散等优点。
