The invention discloses a rail train purging robot negative pressure dust suppression control method and device. The method comprises the following steps that S1, the device is set; s2, forming a negative pressure area; s3, controlling the mass of the air sprayed by the nozzle assembly in unit time to be equal to or smaller than the mass of the air sucked by the dust collection device; and S4, the control device controls the left side robot, the right side robot and the bottom robot to synchronously advance or retreat, and purging cleaning of the bottom of the train is completed. Different from the prior art, three robot trolleys on the left, right and bottom are adopted, and the left and right trolleys, flexible parts, the bottom of the train and the ground form a tunnel with better sealing performance, so that a local negative-pressure space can be formed under the action of a dust collection device, and raised dust in a negative-pressure area cannot escape under the treatment of the control method, so that the safety of the train is improved. Therefore, the problem of dust raising is well solved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道列车吹扫机器人负压抑尘控制方法及装置,包括以下步骤:S1,设置装置;S2,形成负压区域;S3,控制单位时间喷嘴组件喷出的空气质量等于、小于吸尘装置吸入的空气质量;S4,控制装置控制左侧机器人、右侧机器人与底部机器人同步前进或后退,完成对列车底部的吹扫清洁。与现有技术不同的是采用左右和底部三台机器人小车,且左右小车及柔性部件、列车底部和地面构成一个密封性较好的隧道,从而可以在吸尘装置的作用下构成局部负压空间,在本发明的控制方法的处理下,负压区域的扬尘不会发生逃逸,从而很好的解决扬尘问题。
