The present invention relates to a piezoresistive pressure sensor comprising a continuous piezoresistive foam layer; a continuous piezoresistive foam layer is arranged on one side of the electrode array layer; and an artificial leather layer as a cover layer disposed on the continuous piezoresistive foam layer. The continuous piezoresistive foam layer is prepared by doping foam with a conductive material. The piezoresistive pressure sensor can provide a large area of overall 2D pressure mapping and has good flexibility and reliability to bond to a soft surface.
