The invention provides an analysis method and system for an abnormal ship, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the video structural analysis through a gun-dome camera linkage device, and obtaining ship recognition information and face information; based on whether an AIS information matching ship exists in a preset time range before and after the collection time of the identified ship in the area range, matching is carried out based on the identified face information and an abnormal personnel library, and the information is updated; collecting all gun and ball linkage equipment in real time, obtaining a ship analysis library, a face analysis library and an AIS information collection library according to the above analysis, and respectively carrying out aggregation analysis statistics to obtain a ship statistical analysis library; and analyzing the ship abnormal data according to the ship statistical analysis library to obtain an abnormal coefficient score, and performing real-time AIS position tracking early warning based on the abnormal coefficient score. According to the method, early warning attention can be given to the ship in advance, a data preliminary screening capability is provided for subsequent research and judgment, and dimension reduction is carried out on data analysis of business personnel.
本发明给出了一种用于异常船舶的分析方法和系统,包括利用枪球联动设备进行视频结构化分析,获得船舶识别信息和人脸信息;并基于识别到的船舶在区域范围内的采集时间前后预定时间范围内是否存在AIS信息匹配船舶、基于识别的人脸信息与异常人员库进行匹配,更新上述信息;对所有枪球联动设备实时采集并根据上述分析获得船舶分析库、人脸分析库和AIS信息采集库,分别进行聚合分析统计获得船舶统计分析库;根据船舶统计分析库对船舶异常数据进行分析,获得异常系数评分,并基于异常系数评分进行实时AIS位置跟踪预警。本发明可以对船舶进行提前预警关注和为后续研判提供数据初步筛选能力,对业务人员数据分析进行降维。
