The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for determining the travel duration of passengers in an urban rail transit station. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a plurality of travel scenes; acquiring feature information of a plurality of passengers in starting areas in each travel scene; for any travel scene, matching the feature information of each passenger in the starting area with the feature information of each passenger in the target area to obtain a plurality of target passengers; and determining the travel duration corresponding to the travel scene according to the duration of each target passenger from the starting area to the ending area. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the passenger meeting the travel scene requirement is identified as the target passenger according to the feature information of the passenger in each region, so that the problem of unreasonable and inaccurate travel duration determination caused by taking the passenger with the abnormal travel as a sample is avoided; therefore, the passenger can reasonably select a traffic travel mode according to the determined accurate travel duration, and the travel experience and travel efficiency of the passenger are improved.

    本发明实施例提供一种城市轨道交通车站内乘客行程时长确定方法和装置,该方法包括:建立多个行程场景;获取多个乘客在各个行程场景中的起始区域的特征信息;针对任一行程场景,将各个乘客在起始区域的特征信息分别与各个乘客在目标区域的特征信息进行匹配,获取多个目标乘客;根据各个目标乘客从起始区域至终到区域的时长,确定行程场景对应的行程时长。本发明实施例的方法根据乘客在各个区域的特征信息识别出符合行程场景要求的乘客作为目标乘客,避免了将行程异常的乘客作为样本而导致的行程时长确定不合理及不准确的问题,进而使得乘客根据确定出的准确的行程时长可以合理选择交通出行方式,提升乘客出行体验和出行效率。
