The invention discloses a battery cell matching method based on combination of dynamic and static characteristics. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring capacity grading process data and data before and after aging of a batch of battery cells; processing and analyzing the capacity grading process data, namely the dynamic data, and screening out normal battery cells; matching analysis is carried out on data, namely static data, of normal battery cells before and after aging, and a matching method with a relatively high matching rate is selected. Normal cells with high consistency degree of dynamic characteristics, namely charge and discharge curve characteristics, are selected, and the normal cells are used for matching based on static characteristics, so that the damage of the cells is avoided, the consistency of the cells is ensured, and the battery quality is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于动静态特征结合的电芯配组方法,包括以下步骤:获取一批电芯的分容过程数据和老化前后数据;对分容过程数据即动态数据进行处理分析,筛选出正常电芯;对正常电芯的老化前后数据即静态数据进行配组分析,选择配组率较高的配组方法。选择动态特征即充放电曲线特征一致性程度较高的正常电芯,用正常电芯基于静态特征进行配组,避免了电芯损伤,保证了电芯的一致性,提高了电池质量。
