The invention provides a vehicle-mounted VOCs detection device which comprises a shell assembly, a lifting sampling assembly, a linkage sealing cover assembly and a linkage heat dissipation assembly, the whole device is fixed to the top of an automobile through a base, a lifting lead screw is rotationally arranged in a main shell, and a lifting inner plate is connected into the lifting lead screw in a matched mode; the detection electric control module and the sampling detection head are mounted on the top surface of the lifting inner plate, the sampling detection head can be driven to move upwards through rotation of a lifting lead screw, and rotation of an elastic sealing column can be achieved through cooperation of a lead screw rotating gear and a sealing cover rotating gear; the purposes of opening and closing the elastic sealing column and synchronously moving the sampling detection head up and down are achieved; meanwhile, a driving gear is further arranged on one side of the lifting inner plate, and when the sampling detection head moves upwards to a detection position, the driving gear is meshed with a fan shaft gear to drive a linkage fan to rotate, so that heat dissipation of an inner cavity of the main shell is achieved in a linkage mode.
本发明提供一种车载式VOCs的检测装置,包括外壳组件、升降采样组件、联动封盖组件、联动散热组件,整体通过底座固定在汽车的车顶部,主壳体内旋设有升降丝杠,升降丝杠中配合连接有升降内板,检测电控模块以及采样检测头安装在升降内板的顶面,通过对升降丝杠的旋转一方面可带动采样检测头向上移动,另一方面可通过丝杠旋转齿轮与封盖旋转齿轮的配合,实现弹性密封柱的旋转,达到弹性密封柱启闭与采样检测头上下同步移动的目的;同时,升降内板的一侧还设有驱动齿轮,在采样检测头向上移动到检测位置时,驱动齿轮与扇轴齿轮啮合,带动联动扇的旋转,联动的实现对主壳体内腔的散热。
