The invention discloses a self-adaptive water lubrication stern bearing, and belongs to the technical field of ship shafting. The bearing comprises a stern stop ring, a lining, a split upper bearing bush, a bow stop ring, a stop device, a split lower bearing bush and an elastic self-adaptive layer. A split upper bearing bush and a split lower bearing bush are mounted in the bushing, the upper bearing bush and the lower bearing bush are connected into a complete tubular structure through a stop device, and an elastic self-adaptive layer is arranged between the lower bearing bush and the bushing; a bow backstop ring and a stern backstop ring are respectively arranged at the bow end and the stern end of the bushing to limit the axial movement of the split bearing bush, and rubber layers are vulcanized on the pressing surfaces of the bow backstop ring and the stern backstop ring; the stop screw is screwed in from the outer side of the lining and fixes the stop device. According to the invention, the local bearing state of the bearing bush of the stern bearing can be eliminated, so that the stern bearing has good wear friction characteristics, meanwhile, excitation vibration during shafting operation can be effectively isolated, transmission of shafting vibration is reduced, and good submarine quiet performance is realized.

    本发明公开了一种自适应水润滑艉部轴承,属于船舶轴系技术领域。轴承包括艉止挡圈、衬套、剖分式上轴瓦、艏止挡圈、止动装置、剖分式下轴瓦和弹性自适应层;衬套内安装剖分式上轴瓦和剖分式下轴瓦,上、下轴瓦通过止动装置将两者连接成一个完整的管状结构,下轴瓦与衬套之间设置有弹性自适应层;衬套的艏艉两端分别设置艏止挡圈和艉止挡圈限制剖分式轴瓦在轴向的串动,艏止挡圈和艉止挡圈的压紧面上硫化有橡胶层;止动螺钉从衬套外侧拧入并固定止动装置。本发明能够消除艉部轴承轴瓦局部承载状态,使得艉部轴承具有良好的磨损摩擦特性,同时可有效隔离轴系运行时的激励振动,减少轴系振动的传递,实现了良好的潜艇安静性能。
