A prefabricated seabed weight tying block sits on the bottom of an installation sea area in advance, the upper portion of the prefabricated seabed weight tying block is connected with a tension cable, and the upper portion of the tension cable is connected with a first floating ball to form a vertical tension system; similarly, multiple groups of anchor piles are laid in advance, mooring anchor chains are connected to the anchor piles, a plurality of counterweights are arranged at the bottoms of the mooring anchor chains, the upper ends of the mooring anchor chains are connected with leading cables, the upper ends of the leading cables are connected with second floating balls, and then mooring units are formed. The floating platform foundation has the beneficial effects that the rigidity and the stability of the floating platform foundation are greatly improved under the combined acting force of the tension cables and the mooring anchor chains, the influence of wind, waves and flow is reduced to the minimum, the amplitude of rolling, pitching and heaving becomes controllable, therefore, when a draught fan is hoisted to the floating platform foundation, construction is easy, the operation risk is greatly reduced, and meanwhile the service life of the draught fan is prolonged. Compared with other offshore construction schemes, the technical scheme is low in construction technical difficulty, short in construction period and low in construction cost, and is a set of practical and feasible technical scheme.

    本发明公开了一种漂浮式风机海上安装工艺,预制好的海底系重块提前坐底于安装海域,上部连接张力缆,张力缆上部连接浮球一形成垂直张力系统;同样提前铺设多组锚桩,锚桩上连接有系泊锚链,系泊锚链底部设有若干个配重,系泊锚链的上端与引缆连接,引缆的上端与浮球二连接,进而形成系泊单元。有益效果:通过浮台基础在张力缆及系泊锚链的共同作用力下极大的增加了本身的刚度和稳定性,将风、浪、流的影响降到最低,横摇、纵摇、垂荡的幅度变得可控,这样风机在往浮台基础吊装时就会变得易于施工,极大的降低了作业的风险,同时,与其他海上施工方案相比,本方案施工技术难度低、施工周期短、施工成本低,是一套实用、易行的技术方案。
