The invention discloses a noise-interference-free underwater hovering positioning device for a structure. The noise-interference-free underwater hovering positioning device comprises a shore-based winch, an underwater caisson and a mooring rope. The shore-based winch is arranged on the shore; the underwater caisson is fixed at the water bottom of a specified water area; one end of the mooring rope is wound into a winding drum of the shore-based winch, and the other end of the mooring rope penetrates through a redirection pulley on the underwater caisson and then is connected with the bottom of a tested structure; during use, the shore-based winch drives the cable to move, so that the measured structure reaches a preset depth. The invention further provides a noise-interference-free structure underwater hovering positioning method. The device has no noise source and no auxiliary structure floating on the water surface, does not interfere with the vibration noise test result of the tested structure, and ensures that the test result is accurate.

    本发明公开了一种无噪声干扰的结构物水下悬停定位装置,其包括岸基绞车、水下沉箱、缆绳;所述岸基绞车置于岸边;所述水下沉箱固定在指定水域的水底;所述缆绳的一端卷入岸基绞车的卷筒,另一端穿过水下沉箱上的改向滑轮后与被测结构物的底部连接;使用时,岸基绞车带动缆绳运动,进而使被测结构物到达预定深度。本发明还提供一种无噪声干扰的结构物水下悬停定位方法。本发明无噪声源、无漂浮在水面的辅助结构,不会干扰被测结构物振动噪声测试结果,确保了测试结果准确。
