A windproof rail clamping device with a self-locking clamping function is characterized in that two sets of clamping connecting rods are symmetrically arranged on a rail clamping device base body, top wedge blocks are arranged at the tops of the clamping connecting rods, rail clamping devices are arranged at the bottoms of the clamping connecting rods, the rail clamping devices make contact with a clamped rail when working, and an ejection air cylinder is fixedly installed in the middle of the interior of the rail clamping device base body through an ejection air cylinder fixing piece; the top end of an extension rod of the ejection air cylinder is connected with a pressing weight, and the two ends of the pressing weight make contact with the wedge face of the top wedge block. According to the clamping mode adopted by the device, reverse self-locking clamping is carried out on a clamped rail from the tread of the clamped rail and the bottom faces of the two sides of the tread, and the phenomenon that jaws of the rail clamping device slip off from the two sides of the rail under the condition that the wind speed is high is avoided; the problems that an existing rail clamping device is low in action speed, low in automation degree and poor in stability due to long-time unloading are solved.

    一种具有自锁夹紧功能的防风夹轨器,夹轨器基体上对称设置有2组夹紧连杆,夹紧连杆的顶部设置有顶部楔块、底部设置有夹轨装置,夹轨装置工作时与被夹轨道相接触,夹轨器基体内中部通过顶出气缸固定件固定安装有顶出气缸,顶出气缸的伸出杆顶端与压紧重物相连接,压紧重物的两端与顶部楔块的楔面相接触;本装置采用的夹紧方式是从被夹轨道踏面和踏面两侧的底面,对被夹轨道实施反向自锁夹紧,避免了夹轨器在风速较大的情况下夹轨器钳口从轨道两侧滑脱现象,解决了现有夹轨器动作速度慢、自动化程度低、长时间下的卸载导致的稳定性差问题。
