The invention belongs to the field of tube well hoisting, and particularly relates to tube well interior vertical hoisting transportation equipment which comprises a transportation table. The inner side wall of the conveying table is slidably connected with four sets of sliding blocks. The inner side wall of the sliding block is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft; through the arranged transportation table, when the tube well materials are vertically transported, the materials are placed on the transportation table, are supported on the tube well wall in cooperation with four sets of pulleys and slide along with slow descending of a crane, the stable transportation effect is achieved, the output end of an electric cylinder extends, the pulleys are controlled to be supported on the tube well wall, and the pulleys are recycled into the transportation table during retraction; when a crane connecting rope is broken, air is poured into an air pouring groove in the conveying table through reinforced nylon cloth, the buffering effect is achieved, an alarm signal is sent out in cooperation with an air speed sensor, potential safety hazards are reduced, finally, a follow-up plate is matched to be clamped on a matched toothed plate due to the too high falling speed, and the safety of the crane is guaranteed. And the emergency braking effect is achieved.

    本发明属于管井吊装领域,具体的说是一种管井内部垂直吊装运输设备,包括运输台;所述运输台的内侧壁滑动连接有四组滑动块;所述滑动块的内侧壁转动连接有转轴;通过设置的运输台,当对管井物资进行垂直运输时,将物资放置在运输台上,并配合四组滑轮支撑在管井壁上,随着吊机缓慢下放而滑动,起到平稳运输的作用,利用电缸的输出端伸长,控制滑轮支撑管井壁上,回缩时回收滑轮至运输台内部,起到自适应配合管井直径和回收的作用,当吊机连接绳断裂时,利用强化尼龙布将风灌入运输台内部的灌风槽中,起到缓冲的效果,配合风速传感器发出警报信号,降低安全隐患的发生,最后配合随动板因下落速度过快卡死在配合齿板上,起到紧急制动的效果。
