The invention discloses a counterweight guide device for mounting a scaffold-free elevator and a counterweight mounting method, and the counterweight guide device comprises a mounting frame which is detachably mounted on the inclined side of a counterweight assembly; the guide wheel is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame, and the guide wheel is located on the outer side of the counterweight assembly; the counterweight installation method adopts the counterweight guide device to assist in installation, and comprises the following steps that a counterweight assembly is laid on a top floor, the two ends of the counterweight assembly are defined as a suspension end and a vertical end, and the suspension end of the counterweight assembly is close to an elevator door; installing the counterweight guiding device on the inclined side of a counterweight assembly; a traction steel wire rope of the machine room part is connected with the suspension end of the counterweight assembly, the machine room part suspends the counterweight assembly in an elevator shaft through the traction steel wire rope and drives the counterweight assembly to ascend and descend, and in the ascending and descending process of the counterweight assembly, the counterweight guide device prevents the inclined side of the counterweight assembly from colliding with the shaft wall.

    本发明公开一种无脚手架电梯安装用的对重导向装置及对重安装方法,该对重导向装置包括安装架,可拆卸地安装在对重组件的倾向侧;导轮,所述导轮可转动地设置在所述安装架上,所述导轮位于对重组件的外侧;该对重安装方法采用所述对重导向装置辅助安装,包括如下步骤:将对重组件铺放在顶层楼板上,对重组件的两端定义为悬吊端和垂放端,对重组件的悬吊端靠近梯门;将所述对重导向装置安装在对重组件的倾向侧;将机房部件的曳引钢丝绳连接对重组件的悬吊端,机房部件利用曳引钢丝绳将对重组件吊设在电梯井道,并驱动对重组件升降,在对重组件的升降过程中,所述对重导向装置隔阻所述对重组件的倾向侧与井道壁相碰撞。
