The invention discloses an elevator brake shoe abrasion accurate sensing and continuous rapid replacing system and method. The system comprises a brake shoe abrasion state monitoring part, a braking part, a braking driving part and an information processing part. The brake shoe abrasion state monitoring part is fixedly connected with the brake driving part, and the brake shoe abrasion state monitoring part is used for monitoring the brake shoe abrasion state in real time; the braking part is movably connected with the braking driving part, the braking part is used for braking an elevator, and the braking driving part is used for driving the braking part; the information processing part is used for processing the information acquired by the brake shoe abrasion state monitoring part to acquire the brake shoe abrasion state; and replacing the brake shoe based on the wear state of the brake shoe. According to the invention, two groups of brake shoes are rapidly replaced by using a screw rod guide rail mechanism, and compared with a traditional brake shoe wear monitoring method and a traditional brake shoe wear replacement mode, the method is more accurate and efficient.

    本发明公开了一种电梯闸瓦磨损精准感知与连续快速更换系统及方法,该系统包括:闸瓦磨损状态监测部、制动部、制动驱动部和信息处理部;所述闸瓦磨损状态监测部与所述制动驱动部固定连接,所述闸瓦磨损状态监测部用于实时监测闸瓦磨损状态;所述制动部与所述制动驱动部活动连接,所述制动部用于电梯制动,所述制动驱动部用于驱动所述制动部;所述信息处理部用于将所述闸瓦磨损状态监测部获取的信息进行处理,获取闸瓦磨损状态;基于所述闸瓦磨损状态,更换所述闸瓦。本发明使用丝杆导轨机构完成两组闸瓦的快速更换工作,相比于传统的闸瓦磨损监测方法以及更换方式更为准确高效相比于传统的闸瓦磨损监测方法以及更换方式更为准确高效。
