The invention relates to the technical field of elevator fault recognition, in particular to an elevator fault recognition system and automatic elimination method based on artificial intelligence, and the system comprises an information acquisition module, an elevator wear rate evaluation module, an elevator fault rate estimation module and an elevator fault analysis module. The elevator failure rate evaluation module analyzes and obtains the failure rate of the elevator according to the elevator wear rate result; according to the method, the relation between the elevator wear rate and the elevator failure rate is obtained through analysis by building the function relation model, then grade evaluation is carried out according to the elevator failure degree, and the elevator failure preprocessing function under different failure grades is implemented according to the fault evaluation; therefore, when the elevator breaks down, the fault reason can be automatically judged for unmanned rescue.

    本发明涉及电梯故障识别技术领域,具体为一种基于人工智能的电梯故障识别系统及自动排除方法,信息获取模块、电梯磨损率评估模块、电梯故障率估算模块、电梯故障分析模块,所述电梯故障率评估模块根据电梯磨损率结果分析得出电梯的故障率;本发明通过构建函数关系模型分析得出电梯磨损率与电梯故障率之间的关系,再根据电梯故障程度进行等级评估,根据对故障评估实施不同故障等级下的电梯故障预处理功能,从而实现电梯发生故障时能够自动判断故障原因进行无人救援。
