The invention discloses a design method of a foldable propeller, the foldable propeller and an aircraft, the torsion angle beta and chord length c distribution of the spanwise section of a blade are known, according to the Euler rotation theorem, rotation matrixes T of a coordinate system U before folding and a coordinate system F after folding are solved, and then a rotation axis and a rotation angle are obtained; and folding each section according to a rotating shaft and a rotating angle, and translating the rotated section based on a blade element theory until the midpoint of the chord length of the section is tangent to the nacelle, so that the section is attached to the nacelle. The result shows that the aerodynamic performance of the folded propeller is almost not changed compared with that of the propeller before folding, and the problems that the aerodynamic resistance of a conventional propeller in the cruising state of an airplane is large, the flight range of the airplane is affected, and the flight economy is reduced are solved.

    本申请公开了一种可折叠螺旋桨的设计方法、可折叠螺旋桨及飞行器,已知桨叶展向截面的扭转角β和弦长c分布,根据欧拉旋转定理,求解折叠前坐标系U和折叠后坐标系F的旋转矩阵T,进而得到旋转轴和旋转角,将各个截面按旋转轴和旋转角进行折叠,基于叶素理论,对旋转后的截面进行平移操作,直至截面弦长中点与短舱相切,使其贴合于短舱。结果显示折叠后的螺旋桨和折叠前相比,几乎不改变气动性能,而且解决了常规螺旋桨在飞机巡航状态下带来的气动阻力较大,影响飞机航程,降低飞行经济性的问题。
