    本发明涉及螺旋桨桨叶设计技术领域,特别是涉及一种倾转涵道螺旋桨桨叶气动外形设计方法,包括S1基本参数确定、S2风洞测试、S3气动计算、S4结构设计、S5分析与校准、S6振动分析、S7实验验证和S8装机试飞,通过把翼型设计为BAF翼型,改进尾桨叶根部结构,局部增加铺层,斜衬套改变设计形状,具有防扭功能并增加粘结面积,利用风洞进行气动吹风测试,验证阻力特性,通过气动计算工程算法计算采用新设计翼型的新机型涵道尾桨性能在有无侧风情况下的情况,改进尾桨叶根部结构,在根部,上下翼面各增加一层单向预浸碳布,过渡型面增大转接半径,沿弦向变半径变化,目的是改善工艺性能,增加可靠性,斜衬套改变设计形状,增加粘结面积,改善受力分布。
