The invention discloses an aircraft leading edge segmented connecting structure, an aircraft leading edge and a connecting method, and particularly relates to the technical field of aircraft leading edge structures. An aircraft leading edge segmented structure includes a first leading edge block and a second leading edge block; the first front edge block is provided with a lap joint protruding block, the second front edge block is provided with a lap joint groove, and the first front edge block and the second front edge block each comprise a tenon part and an arc part arranged on the tenon part in a sleeving mode. The arc portion of the first front edge block extends out of the corresponding tenon portion to form a lap joint protruding block, and the arc portion of the second front edge block and the corresponding tenon portion form a lap joint groove. The whole front edge structure is of a sectional type, the length of each section of the front edge block is small, the technology is stable in the production process, the density uniformity of produced products is good, and the problems that an existing front edge structure is deformed and prone to breakage due to the fact that the whole length is too long are solved.

    本发明公开了一种飞行器前缘分段连接结构、飞行器前缘及连接方法,具体涉及飞行器前缘结构技术领域。一种飞行器前缘分段结构,其包括第一前缘块和第二前缘块;第一前缘块设有搭接凸块,第二前缘块设有搭接凹槽,第一前缘块和第二前缘块均包括榫头部和套设在榫头部上的圆弧部;第一前缘块的圆弧部伸出相对应的榫头部,形成搭接凸块,第二前缘块的圆弧部与相对应的榫头部形成搭接凹槽。本发明前缘结构整体为分段式,每段前缘块的长度较短,生产过程中工艺稳定并且生产出来的产品密度均匀性较好,也即解决了现有的前缘结构因整体长度过长出现变形和易断裂的问题。
