The invention provides a lashing bridge outfitting piece group preassembling design method which comprises the following steps: constructing a lashing bridge full-size model, and determining the most critical frame positioning size of a lashing bridge; constructing container stacking schematic among the lashing bridges and accurately simulating lashing schematic of the containers and the lashing bridges; preliminarily confirming the positioning positions of a binding eye plate and related outfitting parts in combination with the working condition of the binding model; in order to avoid interference during binding, the relative positions of the binding eye plate and the fitting-out piece are confirmed and adjusted, and final accurate positioning is confirmed; the positioning size of the outfitting piece of the binding bridge can be obtained through the accurate positions, confirmed on the model, of the binding eye plate and the related outfitting piece; and drawing by taking the lashing bridge group sheet body as the positioning basis of the lashing eye plate and the outfitting piece, so that the preassembling of the lashing bridge outfitting piece group is realized. According to the method, the working procedures are moved forwards, the difficulty of site construction is reduced, control over the overall precision of the lashing bridge is facilitated, and the building period of a ship can be shortened.
本发明提供了一种绑扎桥舾装件小组预装设计方法,包括以下步骤:构建绑扎桥全尺寸模型,确定绑扎桥最关键的框架定位尺寸;构建绑扎桥之间的集装箱堆放示意并精确模拟集装箱与绑扎桥的绑扎示意;结合绑扎模型工况初步确认绑扎眼板及相关舾装件的定位位置;为避免绑扎时出现干涉情况,对绑扎眼板及舾装件的相对位置进行确认和调整,确认最终的精确定位;通过模型上确认的绑扎眼板及相关舾装件的精确位置可获得绑扎桥舾装件的定位尺寸;以绑扎桥小组片体为绑扎眼板及舾装件的定位依据进行出图,从而实现绑扎桥舾装件小组的预装。本发明实现了工序的前移,降低了现场施工的难度,对绑扎桥整体的精度控制比较有利,能够缩短船舶的建造周期。
