The invention relates to a vehicle window defogging method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the in-vehicle temperature value close to a vehicle window position and the in-vehicle humidity value away from the vehicle window position are obtained; determining a first saturated humidity value corresponding to the in-vehicle temperature value; under the condition that the in-vehicle humidity value is smaller than a first saturation humidity value and larger than a fogging doubt threshold value, whether a vehicle window fogs or not is determined based on a current image of a reference object which is shot through the vehicle window and fixed to a vehicle body, and the fogging doubt threshold value is the difference value between the first saturation humidity value and a preset fogging doubt offset; and when it is determined that the vehicle window fogs, a starting instruction is sent to the in-vehicle demisting device. According to the embodiment of the invention, the starting instruction can be sent to the demisting device in the vehicle under the condition of determining that the vehicle window fogs, so that the vehicle window demisting can be carried out in time, and the driving safety is improved.
