A first negative plate, a second negative plate and a third negative plate are arranged at the lower end of the inner wall of the shell, a clamping block is arranged at the bottom of the shell, and a clamping groove is formed in the top of the mounting base. The fixing base is fixed to the surface of the axle, the mounting base is connected with the fixing base, the top of the moving rod abuts against the bottom of the frame, the device adapts to different types of muck trucks by adjusting the height, the production cost is reduced, and the application range is wide.
