The invention provides a hub mounting structure of a heavy-duty car. The hub mounting structure comprises an axle housing axle shaft sleeve, a hub, an outer limiting bearing and an inner limiting bearing, the axle housing axle shaft sleeve is characterized in that a bearing limiting step is arranged on the axle housing axle shaft sleeve, and when the outer limiting bearing is installed in place, the inner end face of an inner ring of the outer limiting bearing makes contact with the bearing limiting step. The hub mounting structure has the beneficial effects that the hub mounting structure of the heavy-duty car is provided, the difficulty of clearance adjustment operation of the outer limiting bearing can be reduced, and meanwhile, the hub nut can be prevented from loosening.

    本发明提出了一种重型汽车轮毂安装结构,包括桥壳半轴套管、轮毂、外限位轴承和内限位轴承;其创新在于:所述桥壳半轴套管上设置有轴承限位台阶,外限位轴承安装到位时,外限位轴承内环的内端面与所述轴承限位台阶接触。本发明的有益技术效果是:提出了一种重型汽车轮毂安装结构,该方案可以降低外限位轴承间隙调整操作的难度,同时还能避免轮毂螺母出现松动。
