The invention discloses a novel semi-submersible lifting platform and an offshore wind power hoisting method.The offshore wind power hoisting method comprises the steps that a floating type wind power foundation is moved to the position above the semi-submersible lifting platform to be fixed, and hoisting ships are distributed around the floating type wind power foundation at intervals; the propeller drives the whole to rotate to achieve the construction process of quick hoisting of the wind power foundation in all directions. The propeller capable of being adjusted in a rotating mode drives the whole device to rotate, the positions of hoisting ship tools around the floating type wind power foundation can be kept unchanged, rapid hoisting work of facilities such as wind power towers in all directions of the wind power foundation is achieved, the installation efficiency is greatly improved, the workload is reduced, and the problem that the construction efficiency of moving and position switching of hoisting ships is low is solved.

    本发明公开了新式半潜式升降平台及海上风电吊装方法,海上风电吊装方法,包括:漂浮式风电基础移动至半潜式升降平台的上方固定,吊装船舶间隔分布在漂浮式风电基础四周,推进器驱使整体旋转实现风电基础各方位快速吊装的施工过程。可转动调节的推进器驱使整体旋转,即可保持漂浮式风电基础四周的吊装船舶工装位置不变,实现风电基础各方位的风电塔筒等设施的快速吊装工作,极大的提高安装效率,工作量降低,解决了吊装船舶移动转换位置施工效率低的问题。
