The invention relates to the technical field of wall-climbing robots, in particular to a wheel type wall-climbing robot achieving adsorption by means of thrust of propellers. Comprising a vehicle body, a front thrust adsorption mechanism, a driving wheel mechanism, an auxiliary wheel mechanism, a rear thrust adsorption mechanism and a steering wheel mechanism. The vehicle body is composed of a rectangular flat plate, semicircular notches are formed in the front portion and the rear portion of the vehicle body, the driving wheel mechanism is installed below the front portion of the vehicle body, the auxiliary wheel mechanism is installed below the rear portion of the vehicle body, and the steering wheel mechanism is installed above the rear portion of the vehicle body. The forward thrust adsorption mechanism is installed on the front portion of the vehicle body, and the steering engine controls the forward thrust adsorption mechanism to rotate so that the direction of forward thrust can be changed. The rear thrust adsorption mechanism is installed on the rear portion of the vehicle body and directly installed on the vehicle body through the motor supporting frame. The steering wheel mechanism comprises a steering engine, and when the wall-climbing robot steers on the wall surface, the deflection angle of a steering wheel can be changed through the steering engine. The invention relates to a wheel type wall-climbing robot adsorbed by the thrust of a propeller, which can realize transition from the ground to a vertical wall surface.

    本发明涉及爬壁机器人技术领域,尤其涉及一种靠螺旋桨推力吸附的轮式爬壁机器人。包括车身、前推力吸附机构、驱动轮机构、辅助轮机构、后推力吸附机构、转向轮机构。车身由一块矩形平板组成,前后有半圆形缺口,驱动轮机构安装在车身前部的下方,辅助轮机构安装在车身后部的下方,转向轮机构安装在车身后部的上方。前推力吸附机构安装在车身前部,另外由舵机控制其转动可以改变前推力的方向。后推力吸附机构安装在车身后部,直接由电机支撑架安装在车身上。转向轮机构中包含舵机,在爬壁机器人在壁面上进行转向时,可以通过舵机改变转向轮偏转角度。本发明是一种可以实现从地面到垂直壁面过渡的一种靠螺旋桨推力吸附的轮式爬壁机器人。
