The invention discloses an intelligent parking space management method, which comprises the following steps that: a parking space management device receives a control parameter input from a far end, and when the control parameter is to start an in-parking space automobile deviation monitoring function, the parking space management device performs self-inspection on the electric quantity condition of the current device and pre-estimates the possible endurance time of the current electric quantity according to historical management data; when the possible endurance time of the current electric quantity is longer than the expected equipment endurance time, a parking space management device is directly used for dynamically shifting and parking an automobile in a parking space, and when the possible endurance time of the current electric quantity is shorter than the expected equipment endurance time, the automobile in the parking space is not parked; the infrared sensing module is used for detecting whether dynamic deviation of an automobile occurs in a parking space or not, communicating with the third-party camera device, sending a parking space number corresponding to the parking space management device and the time when the dynamic deviation is detected, and positioning the time and the position in a video recorded in real time according to received information. And the video is intercepted and sent to the parking space management device.

    本发明公开一种智慧车位管理的方法,车位管理装置接收远端输入的控制参数,当所述控制参数为开启泊位内汽车偏移监测功能时,所述车位管理装置自检当前装置的电量情况,并根据历史管理数据预估当前电量可能的续航时间,当所述当前电量可能的续航时间大于所述期望的设备续航时间时,直接通过车位管理装置对停车位内汽车动态偏移抓泊,当所述当前电量可能的续航时间小于所述期望的设备续航时间时,通过红外感测模块检测汽车在泊位内是否发生的动态偏移,与第三方摄像装置进行通信,并发送该车位管理装置对应的车位编号和检测到发生动态偏移的时间,根据接收到的信息定位实时录制的视频中的时间和位置,对视频进行截取并发送至所述车位管理装置。
