The invention discloses a double-end graph convolution traffic flow prediction method with graph learning, solves the problem of how to improve the traffic flow prediction accuracy, and belongs to the technical field of traffic flow prediction. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring real-time traffic flow data; s2, inputting the acquired real-time traffic flow data into a prediction model to obtain predicted traffic flow; the prediction model comprises a feature extraction layer, a prediction layer, L dynamic graph learning layers, L gating time convolution layers and L double-end graph convolution layers; according to the method, a predefined static graph structure is not used, and the dynamic and periodic characteristics of the traffic data are learned through the dynamic graph learning layer. The gating time convolution layer and the double-end graph convolution layer are respectively used for capturing time correlation and spatial correlation of the traffic sequence, so that a prediction result is close to a real value as much as possible.

    带有图学习的双端图卷积交通流量预测方法,解决了如何提高交通流量预测准确度的问题,属于交通流量预测技术领域。本发明包括:S1、获取实时交通流量数据;S2、将获取的实时交通流量数据输入到预测模型中,得到预测的交通流量;预测模型包括特征提取层和预测层及L个动态图学习层、L个门控时间卷积层、L个双端图卷积层;本发明没有使用预定义的静态图结构,而是通过动态图学习层来学习交通数据自身所具有的动态和周期性特征。门控时间卷积层和双端图卷积层分别用于捕获交通序列自身所具有的时间相关性和空间相关性,使预测结果尽可能接近真实的值。
