The invention discloses liquid crystal laminated glass with a polaroid, a preparation method of the liquid crystal laminated glass and a vehicle comprising the liquid crystal laminated glass. An upper polaroid and a lower polaroid of the polarized liquid crystal element are separated from a diaphragm substrate and are respectively laminated with upper glass and lower glass through a polymer middle layer to form an upper laminated piece and a lower laminated piece; the liquid crystal element without the upper polaroid and the lower polaroid is integrated with the upper laminating piece and the lower laminating piece to form the multi-layer liquid crystal laminated glass by arranging a liquid optical transparent adhesive and cross-linking and curing. The two layers of polarizers are separated from the diaphragm base material of the liquid crystal element, so that the liquid crystal element cannot be extruded even if the polarizers are expanded and warped after being heated or irradiated, and poor appearance cannot be caused. And moreover, the upper and lower laminated pieces adopt a liquid optical transparent adhesive laminating process, so that the defects of permanent poor appearance, liquid crystal loss, bubbles and the like caused by temperature and pressure required in the laminating process on the liquid crystal element are avoided. In addition, firm bonding is formed in the laminating process of the upper and lower laminating pieces, so that the expansion and warping tendency of the polaroid can be effectively inhibited.

    本发明公开了一种具有偏光片的液晶夹层玻璃、制备方法及包含其的车辆。本发明将偏光型液晶元件的上下两层偏光片与膜片基材分离,分别与上下层玻璃通过聚合物中间层层压形成上下层压件,将不带有上下偏光片的液晶元件通过布置液态光学透明粘合剂并交联固化与上下层压件整合形成多层的液晶夹层玻璃。两层偏光片和液晶元件的膜片基材之间分开,即使受热或者受辐照后偏光片膨胀、翘曲也不会对液晶元件造成挤压,形成外观不良。并且,上下层压件采用液态光学透明粘合剂贴合工艺,避免层压工艺中所需的温度和压力给液晶元件造成永久性外观不良、液晶缺失、气泡等缺陷。此外,上下层压件层压过程中形成牢固的粘结还可以有效抑制偏光片的膨胀、翘曲倾向。
