The invention relates to a clockwork spring type sample suction pipe collecting device for an underwater robot. Reel side plates on the two sides of a collecting reel are correspondingly and rotationally connected with base side plates on the two sides of a base respectively, and the reel side plate on any side is rotationally connected with the base side plate on the corresponding side through a clockwork spring box; the clockwork barrel comprises a transmission shaft, a transmission disc, a clockwork seat and a clockwork, the clockwork seat is fixedly arranged on the base side plate, a clockwork cavity for containing the clockwork is formed in the clockwork seat, the transmission shaft sequentially penetrates through the reel side plate and the base side plate and then is inserted into the clockwork cavity, the clockwork is wound on the transmission shaft, one end of the clockwork is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the clockwork cavity, and the other end of the clockwork is fixedly connected with the transmission disc. A transmission disc is arranged at one end, far away from the clockwork spring, of the transmission shaft, the transmission disc is fixedly connected with the reel side plate on the corresponding side, and the sample suction pipe is wound on the bundling reel and is arranged between the reel side plates on the two sides. The device can be used in a deep sea environment for a long time and ensures reliability and stability of sample suction pipe collection.

    本发明涉及一种用于水下机器人的发条式吸样管收束装置,其中收束卷盘两侧的卷盘侧板分别与底座两侧的底座侧板对应转动连接,并且任一侧的卷盘侧板通过发条盒与对应侧的底座侧板转动连接,所述发条盒包括传动轴、传动盘、发条座和发条,其中发条座固设于底座侧板上,发条座内设有容置发条的发条腔,传动轴依次穿过卷盘侧板和底座侧板后插入所述发条腔中,发条绕置于传动轴上,且所述发条一端与所述发条腔内壁固连,另一端与所述传动轴固连,所述传动轴远离所述发条一端设有传动盘,且所述传动盘与对应侧的卷盘侧板固连,吸样管缠绕于收束卷盘上且设于两侧卷盘侧板之间。本发明能够长期用于深海环境且保证吸样管收束的可靠稳定。
