The invention discloses an overpressure relief control valve which mainly comprises an outer cover, a valve body, a valve rod, a sealing ring, a valve disc, a valve seat and a stepping motor. The valve is mainly used for controlling overpressure relief in a cabin. The valve rod extends into the valve body to be connected with the valve disc and is connected with the stepping motor through the sliding sleeve, the telescopic movement of the stepping motor is transmitted to the valve disc, and therefore the opening degree of the valve disc is controlled. The stepping motor is installed at one end of the valve body, and the other end is connected with the valve rod through the sliding sleeve to control the position state of the valve disc. One side of the valve disc is fixed to the valve rod through a connecting plate, the other side of the valve disc is in a suspended state, and the whole valve disc is located on a center shaft of the valve seat and moves along the center shaft. The valve seat is connected with the valve body, and an inner cavity allows the valve disc to move. The sealing ring is a key part for sealing the valve, and normal operation and work of the overpressure relief control valve are achieved by changing the contact condition of the sealing position of the sealing ring and the sealing face of the valve disc.

    本发明公开了一种超压泄放控制阀,主要包括外罩、阀体、阀杆、密封圈、阀盘、阀座、步进电机组成;该阀门主要用于控制舱内的超压泄放;阀杆伸入阀体内部与阀盘连接并通过滑动套与步进电机相连,传递步进电机的伸缩运动到阀盘,从而控制阀盘的开度;步进电机安装于阀体一端,另一端通过滑动套与阀杆相连,控制阀盘的位置状态;阀盘一侧通过连接板固定于阀杆上,另一侧为悬浮状态,整体位置处于阀座中心轴上,沿中心轴运动;阀座与阀体连接,内腔供阀盘运动;密封圈是实现阀门密封的关键部件,通过改变密封圈密封位置与阀盘密封面的接触情况,从而实现超压泄放控制阀正常运行和工作。
