The invention relates to a wear-resistant lubricating plastic gasket for an automobile transmission system and a preparation method thereof, and the wear-resistant lubricating plastic gasket is prepared by using ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) as a main raw material and adopting a mould pressing sintering molding method. In the raw material formula, the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder accounts for 99-99.5 parts by mass, and the graphene powder accounts for 0.5-1 part by mass. The wear-resistant lubricating plastic gasket prepared by the invention has the following advantages: 1, noise reduction: the wear-resistant lubricating plastic gasket can be used as an automobile differential gasket or a plate spring noise reduction sheet and is used for eliminating or reducing noise generated by motion friction of a differential or a plate spring in a vehicle driving process; 2, wear resistance; and 3, parts made of wear-resistant lubricating materials are adopted to replace metal parts in the prior art, so that the weight is light, and the processing is simple and easy.

    一种用于汽车传动系统的耐磨润滑塑料垫片及制备方法,以超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)为主要原料,采用模压烧结成型方法制造而成;在原料配方中,各种组分所含质量份数为超高分子量聚乙烯粉末为99‑99.5份、石墨烯粉末0.5‑1份。本发明制备的耐磨润滑塑料垫片具有以下优点:1、降噪,可作为汽车差速器垫片或板簧降噪片,用于消除或减少车辆行驶过程中差速器或板簧运动摩擦产生的噪声;2、耐磨损;3、采用耐磨润滑材质的零部件替换现有技术中的金属材质零部件,重量轻,加工简易。
